Our juices and wellness shots are perishable and must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

To maintain freshness during transit, juices may arrive frozen or partially frozen. This is normal and helps preserve product integrity.
Refrigerate upon arrival and consume within 3–5 days. If frozen, keep frozen for up to 30 days and consume within 7 days after thawing.
Frozen products may be packaged in appropriate BPA-free containers to ensure safe delivery and maintain product integrity during transit.
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.
Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

Claims must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
10. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, orders cannot be canceled as preparation begins immediately.
